How can we bill a line item lump sum when it is a T&M job?

Project Management > Contract Information > Schedule of Values

Resolution/Fix/Answer

A job can have a mix of lump sum, cost plus (T&M) and unit price lines.  Navigate to the schedule of values and enter a Lump Sum line item and the Contract Information (amount you want to bill for that line item) The other Line items could be setup for T&M (Cost Plus).
