• We are closely monitoring changes to the Federal Electronic Filing requirements; this includes the IRS electronic reporting system change from the Filing Information Returns Electronically (FIRE) to the Information Returns Intake System (IRIS) - Specifications for Electronic Filing

• As mentioned in the 2025 End-of-Year knowledge base article, Penta provides a way to report the premium portion of FLSA overtime wages, ensuring compliance with OBBBA reporting changes.
