Common Issues

Resource Allocation / Capacity Error

If you receive an error indicating resources cannot be allocated:

  • The environment may have reached its maximum concurrent session limit.

  • Wait a few minutes and try again.

The maximum concurrent sessions is defined in your hosting configuration and can be adjusted if more users need to connect to a Workspace simultaneously. Please submit a support ticket to Penta to validate the cause of this error and evaluate increasing this maximum.

Tips

Bookmark the Access Link

You can bookmark the Penta Test and Penta Prod application links from My Apps for quicker access in the future. This is often an easier way for distributing access than asking users to sign into http://myapps.microsoft.com . You can also add these links to an internal company wiki page, for example.

Ending Your Session

Closing the browser does not immediately release your session.

To fully end a session:

  1. Use End Session inside WorkSpaces

  2. Allow several minutes for the session to be released by the system.
