There are two main scenarios where voided checks can impact the bank reconciliation process:

1. Payment was issued, Payment was pulled into an open Bank Reconciliation process, payment was later voided

   1. Once a payment has been pulled into the reconciliation process, and voided after, Penta will not pull in the void but you will still have the original payment. For these scenarios, please open a support ticket with the payment information. The support team will assist with an adjustment.

2. Payment was issued, payment was voided, before it was reconciled in the bank reconciliation process

   1. In this scenario, the payment and void will not get pulled into the bank reconciliation process
