Is there a report in Penta that shows all of the security groups for users?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Running the Security Groups & Members (SECGRPSMEMBERS) report will help to identify the Penta users and their associated security groups. For each user listed, the report displays the following items: 

• User Id and Name of the user.

• Default OU ID for this user.

• Accounting Entry Authorization Level for this user.

• Security Group(s) for the user.

• OU Authorization within the Security Group.

• Authorized PFW (Penta for Windows) Menu Items.

• Workbench Panels and Reports.

You can limit the report results by adding selection criteria:

• Organization Unit

• Show character menu items only

• User Id
