Technician's Mobile Field Service (MFS) account is Inactive
Issue/Symptom/Question
This Technician's account has been marked “Inactive.” We had created a new password for him, however that did not fix the issue. Please let me know the next step to get this resolved.
Error: Your account is inactive. Please advise your system administrator.

System Management > Security > Define Users
Resolution/Fix/Answer
The Technician's user is linked to the Penta for Windows user ID. Navigate to System Management > Security > Define Users, query the user and add a status of Active via the Status Hist pop-up button.
