Unpaid Hours Exceeds the Maximum Allowed Hours Error
Issue/Symptom/Question
During timecard import, we're receiving an error preventing us from importing timecards. Error: The Interface Request Record will not be processed because the total unpaid hours for employee X exceeds the maximum allowed hours.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
There is a setting at the Pay Group level that warns or errors when the # of hours per period exceeds the amount assigned. In this case, the setup was to limit to 120 hours but they were trying to send 128 hours. To resolve the error, either increase the 120 hours at the pay group level, or reduce the # of hours that are being imported.
