Overview:

The Subcontract Activity Type window lets you set up, modify, and delete subcontract activity types and their descriptions. A Subcontract Activity Type identifies an activity associated with a subcontract line item. An example of this might be the start date of subcontract work, the date the work was completed, and/or the date we sent or received information from the subcontractor. Each time you enter a subcontract activity number through other windows, you also enter a date. PENTA can then print reports and run queries showing the history of activity for that line item.  

Benefits:

• Track additional statuses and/or checkpoints on a given subcontract, outside of the subcontract status (Pending, Active, 100% Complete)
• Provide additional data elements for reporting
• Activity Types are user defined
