Issue/Symptom/Question

We recieved the following during Time entry:

"That entry is not valid for OU XX"

The error was triggered when we entered the Job ID onto a timecard. We are in the Time Equipment Production Units Entry screen.

Environment

Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry screen
Payroll> Time Entry> Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you experience this error please attempt the following:

• Select "Ok" to close the error message
• Delete the entry that triggered the error
• Close out of the Time Equipment Production Units Entry screen
• Log out and back into Penta
• Attempt the entry that triggered this error one more time.

If the above does not work, please contact your Penta representative.
