Overview:

Phone Number Types are used to distinguish what type of phone the person calling the number will be contacting. Phone numbers that are linked to Employee Master Records require a Phone Number Type. The Phone Number Type window is used to set up various Phone Number Types. The Phone Number Type is an additional data element within the Employee Master record and is not utilized in any automated processes.

Benefits:

• Enables detailed record keeping of Employee data
• Enables management to centralize HR information on an employee within their master record

• Payroll Manager
