Overview:

There are 3 types of User Preferences in PENTA:

  1.  General - generic preferences can be set for how all windows display and function by User
  2.  Window - each window will have different defaults that can be set by User
  3.  Grid - windows with a grid view have the ability to set a grid column sequence, width, and visibility preference by User

Benefits:

  • Users can set up grids to how they prefer to enter data 
  • Users can set defaults for how they analyze data, for example, forecast to complete or forecast at complete

Roles:

  • Each PENTA User

Additional Content

  • The ability exists for a User with specific permission to create a Grid and make it public for other Users to load to help standardize training of PENTA
