Overview:
Standard text allows you to predefined standard messages, to be assigned to purchase orders, and printed on the Purchase Order document above or below the line items details. PENTA also offers free form text, for one off messages, but if you find yourself manually typing out the same message on purchase orders, it may be a good candidate to have as standard text.
Benefits:
- Pre-define commonly used standard messages to print on purchase orders, reducing the amount of manual keying text
