Overview:

PENTA allows users to track Language and Language Fluency for all Employees entered into the system. PENTA Allows users to populate the list of available "Languages"and what constitutes "Fluent". Users can enter new types of Languages in the Languages window and determine various levels of Fluency in the Language Fluency window.

Benefits:

  • Enables tracking of Language skills by Employees
  • Allows users to to distinguish levels of fluency for Employees speaking multiple languages
