Overview:

The DocGen Add-in allows for the creation of a new manual trigger for a document generation.  For example, creating a new PO template that doesn't show the prices by modifying the default PO template.

Benefits:

  • Create different variations of similar documents that can be manually triggered to generate

Roles:

  • System Admin

Additional Content

  • Completing the steps in the video adds a new template to select from the list under File > Reports... in PENTA for Windows

Location:

  • Microsoft Word > File Menu >  PENTA DocGen Add-in (Creates new Template)
  • Microsoft Excel > File Menu > PENTA DocGen Add-in (Creates new Trigger)
