Overview:


Hiring Locations are a critical setup item for customers using PENTA's EEO and VETS-4212 reporting. Hiring Locations will dictate how an employee shows up or is categorized within an EEO report.  Hiring Locations are set up by Legal Entity and define a number of attributes describing the location at which a given employee or employees can or have been hired. Hiring Locations are not required to be assigned to employees, however, if a Hiring Location is not assigned to an employee record, PENTA associates that employee with the headquarters location on EEO reports.
