Overview:

The video will walk users through the process of indexing an AP Invoice through the Accounts Payable Routing & Approval process. This video assumes we are not setup set up for intelligent capture or OCR capabilities. 

Benefits:

  • Indexing documents allows for dynamic folding, easy retrieval, and certain reports to be generated
  • Index data feeds the Accounts Payable Routing and Approval process to determine which approval path to follow
