Overview:
Part of the employee termination process includes retrieving PENTA offers a feature to track company owned property from the employee's possession. This can include laptops, cell phones, iPads, security cards/clearances, etc. Company property can be tracked in PENTA via the Employee HR Information window. The video below will walk through reviewing company property that has been assigned to the employee, and how to go about assigning once the property has been returned by the employee. , and specifically, which employee is in possession of this property. Common examples of company owned property that can be tracked includes but not limited to the following:
- Company Vehicles
- Company Credit Cards
- Access Cards
- Computers/Tablets
- Phones
