If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • User Id
  • Batch #

Once the batch is made available again, the Batch will need to be queried and reviewed to identify the issue.  An inappropriate Date keyed in could cause the error, and if that is the case, correct the date and distribute the batch again.
